Moscow shared special relation with Beijing

Kremlin Spoke-person Dmitry Peskov said that Russia and China have developed a special partnership and Moscow will not join any alliance.

Amid the India-China border dispute, such a statement coming from Russia is a deep concern for New Delhi.

But so far New Delhi made it clear to its Chinese counterpart that India will not tolerate any border intrusion and emphasized that mutual respect for the adopted border mechanism must be respected and followed.
